Russian tourist requirements

• Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least six months, signed in designated place with at least 1 blank page.
• One (1) completed and signed application form: Original signature in black ink only MUST BE PRINTED ON ONE PAGE – BACK TO BACK
• One (1) recent colour photo (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 35mm x 45mm with a white or light coloured background, neutral expression with mouth   closed and no hats or sunglasses .
• Hotel voucher and confirmation: The invite must be issued from the hotel or tour company in Russia. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROOF OF PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED, not just the hotel voucher and confirmation. Confirmation must be signed by authorized person and carry the official seal/stamp of the Russian tour company.
• Personal letter explaining who is travelling, where, when and with what purpose
  Authorization letter please complete and sign the authorization letter
• Service request form (SOF): This is EmbassyLink’s Service order From. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.
• NOTES: CHEQUE PAYMENT FOR VISAS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO SIAT CONSULAR SERVICES.
