General Information & Disclaimer

1. Visa application form must be printed on plain white paper; no fax thermal paper will be accepted.
2. Visa application form must be signed by the applicant in blue or black ink only.
3. Passport must be signed and valid usually for a minimum 6 months* with at least 2-3 blank visa pages.
4. Additional courier fees to/from Consulate/Embassy, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the applicant.
5. Processing time may vary and apply to business days only (excluding any national holidays).
6. All fees are non-refundable. Government fees are subject to change without any notice
7. Issuing of the visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate.
8. Fees and processing time vary per nationality; Non-Canadian passport holders please contact EmbassyLink.
9. All costs incurred by cancellation and changes will be the responsibility of the applicant.
10. A visa is a pre-clearance to enter a country; it is not a guaranteed entry.
*Validity of passports varies per country, this is a general validity period. For multiple entry visas the validity of the passport may be longer. Contact EmbassyLink for more details.

Method of payment : We accept company or personal cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Interac. Please make all cheques payable to EmbassyLink Ltd.

Return of documents to client’s address: Please send a pre-paid self addressed envelope (registered mail) or courier waybill for the return of your visa and passport or include the extra fee to cover the cost of the return courier as shown on the Service Request form. We recommend the use of FedEx couriers whenever possible.

EmbassyLink Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused by events beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, any act of negligence of any party or acts or omissions of public officials. The granting or denying any visa is a decision of issuing authority to which the application is made, and as such is outside the control of EmbassyLink Ltd. The applicant acknowledges that the responsibility for accuracy of the information contained in the applications is solely that of the applicant. The traveller is responsible for verifying all particulars and validity of the issued visa(s). The applicant herby authorizes EmbassyLink Ltd to act on applicant’s behalf and to receive and release documents and information required for the purposes of obtaining visas. All requirements and fees are subject to change without notice. Cancellation fees will apply. Processing time quoted is not guaranteed. EmbassyLink Ltd reserves the right to decline processing of documents for reasons including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time and degree of difficulty in procuring documents due to purpose of travel. By engaging EmbassyLink Ltd services and making payment the applicant accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
