China has a strictly enforced jurisdictional system. You MUST apply for visas and documents to the consular office responsible for the area in which the applicant lives. The EMBASSY in OTTAWA covers Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. The CONSULATE in TORONTO covers Ontario and Manitoba. The CONSULATE in VANCOUVER covers British Columbia and Yukon. The CONSULATE in CALGARY covers Alberta, Saskatchewan and the North West Territories.
Kindly note that any applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your current nationality MUST complete the Supplimentary form.
