Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least six months, signed in designated place with at least 1 blank page

One (1) completed online application form: Print receipt and sign inside the appropriate box in blue or black ink only

Two (2) recent colour photo (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 2″ x 2″ with a white or light coloured background, neutral expression with mouth closed and no hats or sunglasses .

Photocopy of round trip ticket to Brazil, OR a copy of itinerary on a Travel Agents company letterhead.

Police clearance certificate: Issued by the RCMP or local police within the last 6 months

Convention Terms of Internship: An original or authenticated copy, between a company, school and student OR Conditions of agreement signed by the intership student, company or Brazilian institution, length of internship is mandatory

Original Invitation letter from the Brazilian institution: In the case of a private institution the signature of the signing authority will have to be legalized by a notary; in the case of a Federal Government institution the seal of the institution is mandatory. It must state that the intern will not receive any payment and will not work in Brazil or undertake any paid activities.
