Brazil Temporary Visa II (Business) requirements

• Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least six months, signed in designated place with at least 1 blank page.
• One (1) completed online application form: Print receipt and sign inside the appropriate box in blue or black ink only
• One (1) recent colour photo (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 35mm x 45mm with a white or light coloured background, neutral expression with mouth   closed and no hats or sunglasses .
• Photocopy of round trip ticket to Brazil, OR a copy of itinerary on a Travel Agents company letterhead.
• Invitation letter: The invite must be issued from the company or sponsor in Braziland should include contact details of the inviter and explain the reason for the trip. If attending a conference, seminar, a copy of the invite or a letter from the organisers in Brazil should be submitted.
• Business letter: The business letter should include the traveller’s name, reason for trip, dates of travel. The company must state that they will take financial responsibility for the traveller.
• Business Card
• Service request form (SOF): This is EmbassyLink’s Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents
