Brazil Temporary Visa II (Business) requirements

• Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least six months, signed in designated place with at least 1 blank page.
• One (1) completed online application form: Print receipt and sign inside the appropriate box in blue or black ink only
• One (1) recent colour photo (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 2″ x 2″ with a white or light coloured background, neutral expression with mouth   closed and no hats or sunglasses .
• Invitation letter: MUST BE IN PORTUGUESE. The invite must be issued from the company or sponsor in Brazil and should include contact details of the inviter and all contacts in Brazil and explain in detail the reason for the trip and the nature of the meetings, Canadian company and traveller’s information. (If attending a conference, seminar, a copy of the invite or a letter from the organisers in Brazil should be submitted)
• Business letter: The business letter should include the traveller’s name and contact details, type of business of both the Canadian and Brazilian company and purpose (in detail) of trip, dates of travel and contact details in Brazil. The company must state that they will take financial responsibility for the traveller. 
• Business Card
