Tourist visa requirements
- Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay with at least 2 blank pages.
- ONE (1) completed and signed tourist application form + 2 copies. Original signature in blue or black ink only
- Four (4) recent colour photo: (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 35mm x 45mm with a white or light colour background, neutral expression with mouth closed and no hats or sunglasses
- Copy of itinerary on travel agent letterhead or round trip tickets
- Letter of employment: If retired please state your job prior to retirement in your personal letter
- Personal letter: This letter should include the traveller’s name, reason for trip, dates of travel. If retired please include job description prior to retirement.
- Service request form (SOF): This is EmbassyLink’s Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents
- Special notes: Do not attach the photographs to the paperwork.
Business visa requirements

- Copy of itinerary on travel agent letterhead or round trip tickets
- Invitation letter: The invite must be issued from the company or sponsor in Myanmar and should include contact details of the inviter and explain the reason for the trip.
- Business letter: The business letter should include the traveller’s name, reason for trip, dates of travel. The company must state that they will take financial responsibility for the traveller.
- Service request form (SOF): This is EmbassyLink’s Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents
