Passport requirements: Original passport valid for at least 2 months past intended date of departure, signed in designated place with at least 1 blank page.

One (1) completed and signed application form: Original signature in blue or black ink only.

One (1) recent colour photo : (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 2″ x 2″ with a white or light coloured background, neutral expression with mouth closed and no hats or sunglasses.

Business letter: The business letter should include the traveller’s name, reason for trip, dates of travel. The company must state that they will take financial responsibility for the traveller.
