 Tourist visa requirements

 

No visa required for Canadians for stays of up to 30 days.

 

Business visa requirements

• One (1) completed and signed application form: Original signature in blue or black ink only
• One (1) recent colour photos : (scanned photos not acceptable) Photo should be 35mm x 45mm with a white or light colour background, neutral expression with mouth closed and no hats or sunglasses .
• Photocopy of round trip ticket to Bolivia, OR a copy of itinerary on a Travel Agents company letterhead.
• Yellow fever certificate
• Invitation letter: (If available) The invite must be issued from the company or sponsor in Bolivia and should include contact details of the inviter and explain the reason for the trip. If attending a conference, seminar, a copy of the invite or a letter from the organizers in Bolivia should be submitted.
• Business letter: The business letter should include the traveller’s name, reason for trip, dates of travel. The company must state that they will take financial responsibility for the traveller.
• Service request form (SOF): This is EmbassyLink’s Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents
