We have launched a website www.lbd.ca/RussianVisas specific to obtaining Russian visas. There is a list of requirements and lots of help items to assist you in answering the questions correctly.

EmbassyLink in Vancouver has been authorized to receive Russian visa applications on behalf of the Russian Embassy in Ottawa. Their jurisdiction covers British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories, Ottawa (area codes 613 and 819), Nova Scotia, Nynavut, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and PEI. The Consular section of the Russian Embassy in Ottawa will no longer accept applications submitted by couriered, mailed or delivered by third parties expect through one of their authorized agents as listed on their website. Applications made IN PERSON to the consulate in Ottawa are at the present time still accepted.
Residents who reside in Ontario (excluding Ottawa), Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan can submit their applications to either our Vancouver or Ottawa office ( Lewis, Bridges & Dupont) and we will submit them to the Consulate in Toronto.
Residents who reside in Quebec can submit their applications to our office in Montreal (SIAT Consular Services Tel:514 504 2110)
