Frequent traveller – have you considered a NEXUS card?

NEXUS is a joint program with Canadian Border Services and the USA.  Nexus provides expedited passage into Canada or the USA  by air, land and marine modes of Travel. A NEXUS membership card also fulfills the travel document requirements of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) that requires a Passport or other secure travel document by all US and Canadian citizens.

The card can be used at 19 border crossing locations and 8 Canadian pre-clearance locations with kiosks at the following airports:

Vancouver international; Toronto Pearson International; Ottawa McDonald Cartier international, Montreal Pierre Trudeau International; Halifax International; Calgary International; Edmonton International and Winnigpeg International.
